The rare3260.dll file is a RealAudio Renderer Plug-in for the RealMedia application. This DLL can interpret the stream of RealSystem's packets made by the RealAudio, which is the file format plug-in. The rare3260.dll file works by taking the RealSystem packet stream, and decoding and sending audio data to the RealMedia's audio services interface.
